It would be nice to have an option under the user rights section to disable access to the tools menu, we have a number of users who are tied down to just viewing and running reports,they do not need access to these tools.

While this feature wasn't planned for the v12 release, we do have a request in our tracking system for the ability to restrict users access to the SNMP and network tools.  I'll add you to it.
