I am using evaluation versions of both WS_FTP Home and Pro for about 3 weeks. I have maximum connections set to 10 on both two software, but there is a problem when uploading files.

I have to upload about 3,000 html pages every time (about 10k each), and when I highlight and hit the right button to transfer them, the upload sometimes made with only 1 connection to the server, each file uploaded one by one. After a couple of tries, the upload is made with the maximum connections, but there are no rules when it will be a multiple upload. Sometimes the program (both programs) make multiple connection uploads with the program start (by the first try), sometimes it needs to disconnect, close the program and connect again. That's a dedicated server of me and noone except me has FTP rights. This "single connection upload" phenomenon occurs even after not using the FTP for hours or days. Don't know what may be the reason for that.

The problem here is that I will buy one of these programs just because they have the multiple upload feature, cause that doubles my upload speed. Now, with multiple connections, the upload speed is 12-13k, but without that feature it's only 5-6k. I will request the program making multiple uploads not only whenever it wants, but everytime when I hit the button, cause, as you may know, I will pay for it. By the way, I am really thinking of if that can be an issue with my server, but I can't find an explanation to being "1". It is not ranging between 1 and 10, the problem is it that: it is 1, or it is 10... That's what's weird.
