It would be great if we were able to acknowledge the unacknowledged devices Workspace on Home by right mouse clicking rather than having to go into the map view to acknowledge the device(s).

As you surmised, it's not possible to do this in this version.  But, I'll add an entry into our feature request tracking database.  We may be able to incorporate this into a future release.
