| | Is version 12 going to support the monitoring of 10GbE I see that is recognizes the interfaces now, but does not provide a graph of the traffic. |

| Do you see any errors in the Performance Monitor Error Log for this device? What type of interface is being monitored? If you use the SNMP MIB Walker tool to walk both the interfaces (1.3.6.1.2.1.2) group and the ifXTable (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1) tree, do you see values reported for this interface's instance under any of the "octects" counters?

| | Values are reported, however they are incorrect. The speed shows up as 4294967295 bps. When I set the speed manually I begin to get some graphical output, however I cannot tell if it is accurate. |

| | Andy, That speed sounds like a response to ifSpeed, the old 32bit counter used to report interface speed. Did you double-check that the device is set to be polled using the new high-capacity counters? If so, can you attach a walk of the interfaces group and the ifXTable table, please?

| | You are correct, the device was set to use the old counters. I have since changed it to the 64 bit counter but still no luck. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I am going to have to step away from the product. Thank you very much for all of your help and feedback. I appreciate it. |
