Here are some guidelines and tips on getting the most out of this forum.

Forum tips:

If you would like to be notified when something new is posted on the forum, you can do that by subscribing to the forum.
From the main forum page click Forum Options | Subscribe to Forum or if you would prefer to use RSS, you can click here: Subscribe using RSS

If you would only like to be notified when someone responds to a post, you can do that by subscribing to a topic.
From the topic page, click Topic Options | Subscribe to Topic or if you would prefer to use RSS, you can click on the RSS link within the post.

Guidelines for submitting defects:

Please be as descriptive as possible. The more information you give about a potential issue, the more likely we are to be able to reproduce and fix the issue. It will also prevent us from having to post back and forth asking for more info.

In general, let us know:
1) What you were trying to do when the problem occurred (Specific steps to reproduce the issue)
2) The error or problem that occurred
3) Whether or not the error is reproducible.
4) Any other relevant info (Browser if using the web, DB type if it is an upgrade issue, etc.)

Don't be afraid to post positive experiences as well!

Thanks!
