When I change the expiration date of an account all the other accounts that had the same original expiration date also change? Does anyone know why this is happening? or how to fix it?

Thanks

Does anyone from Ipswitch monitor these forums? There has been no response from anyone on this topic. What gives?

They view these forums as primarily community support, so I wouldn't count on it. Did you create those users using "duplicate user" or are all the users synchronized from an external DB?

Thanks for the response. I figured out no one from Ipswitch is monitoring this site.

All the users were created manually by typing them in.

I'm having the same issue. I've logged the bug. If I get a solution I'll post it here.

I'm having the same problem. I'm awaiting a response from my submitted query. I'll post a solution if I get one.
