Cisco IOS mz.122-35.SE5 won't discover interfaces

We have Cisco 2960 switches that we have upgraded from IOS ver lanbase-mz.122-25.SEE3 to lanbase-mz.122-35.SE5 on WUP ver 8.04 HF1.

Now when we create a new icon for the switch, it only finds HTTP, no interfaces are discovered onthe switch. The SNMP strings are correct.

Anyone else run into this? Find a workaround?
