I go to View > Custom Services and click on Add but I do not see the SNMP Threshold or NT Services types (I only see TCP/IP).

I already do:

Installation
==========
1.) Extract the following files from SNMPCHK.ZIP into your WhatsUp Gold program directory:
SVCINST.EXE (a program to register plug-ins)
SNMPCHK.dll (The SNMP Threshold monitoring server)
SNMPCHK.bat (Batch script used to install the plug-in)
SNMPCHK.txt (Documentation for the plug-in)
SNMPCHK.hlp (help file for the plug-in)
2.) Run the SNMPCHK.bat batch script.
3.) Restart WhatsUp Gold 4.0.

SNMP Threshold Plug-in
==================
The SNMP Threshold plug-in is configured in the Custom Services interface.
Create a new Custom Service:
View->Custom Services->New
Name: Enter the name for the new service
Type: Select "SNMP Threshold"
Click OK
Select the new service in the list. Click the Help button for further instructions on defining a service to monitor and turning on monitoring for particular devices.

BUT "SNMP Threshold" DOS NOT APPEARS

Please, somebody help me.

Sorry for my english.

Thank You.
