Hello HurricaneZone,

That's excellent news, thanks for the post.  Do you have any feature requests or other ideas (client or server) that you'd like to submit?

Bye for now,

I've been using WS_FTP since 1995, and it is the best FTP client that I have ever used. The new veresion WS_FTP 2007.1 reconnects much faster than the 2007 version to my SSH FTP server. Before, after a period idleness, it would take a minute or so for a transfer to start. Now, no matter how long it's been idle, WS_FTP 2007.1 immediately reconnects and transfers as if I had just initiated the connection.

I can't really recommend any additional features. It's all there for what I use.

Can we install 2007.1 and then install the official release over it.  Or am I just wasting time getting it all setup properly with the beta version, since I will need to uninstall everything.

Hello Albert,

Yes, you can install the final general availability (GA) release right over the TPP version and it will continue to work, picking up your settings from the TPP installation.

Overall, how is your evaluation going?

As already mentioned installation was flawless. I would like to see support for WebDAV. In the Help - About section I would like to see the true version (this is supposedly 2007.1) and update the "Client for Windows Section" to include Vista. Other than WebDAV and cosmetic things everything looks good so far.
