I use What's Up Gold (ver 8) at work to monitor or servers.  I love it and it works great, but I have never really used the full capacity of the software.  We have had instances at work where a server loses connection to a SAN or External RAID storage and we don't know about it 'till users call and conplain.  I know there has to be a way to monitor connections to external storage devices.  I thought that maybe What's Up Gold might be able to do this.  Basically, I need to know if server XYZ still has drive letters H:\, I:\, J:\, and K:\ mapped to the SAN and shared to users.  Does anyone know if What's Up Gold (ver 8) can do this, and how I set this up?  IF NOT, Does a newer version of What's Up do this, or maybe there is another way to do this.  Any help would be appreciated.
