Hi,

I have the strangest problem... My inbox shows I have 27 emails, but I can't see them or view them. If I go into my other folders I can read the emails I put into them.

So for a test I renamed the main files in the user folder to backup then logged back into web client and my inbox was empty, but now I had a folder called backup with my 27 emails and now I can read all the emails that are in there from the inbox, But when I send another email to myself and login to the web client it shows I have 1 email but still can't even read it.

Its strange... Something to do with the inbox or something because I can rename it and can view the emails just whatever goes into the inbox if not readable.

Thanks,
Rick

if you resize your window can you view your mails? or if you uncheck the preview pane box?

we've had to edit the html to get certain things to view properly.

Nothing is there... Both Windows are empty, but there is a number next to the inbox telling me how many emails I do have just can't see them.

Try deleting all the XML and UID files in the directory, then log back in.

Try temp moving the preferences file, log in and make a preference change and see what happens.

Are you running 2006.1?  If so, make sure the check boxes for force subscribe to public and private mailboxes in the IMAP server are NOT checked, then restart IMAP.

How did you resolve this? I can't view any of my emails either.
