Trouble installing WorkgroupShare client

I'm having trouble installing the WorkgroupShare client on a couple of computers.

1. Win2000 Pro: On initial installation I get an error message, something like Trouble Communicating With Client (I don't remember exactly). I found a knowledgebase article that said to uncheck the Select Which Outlook Folders To Synchronize box. The installation then seems to complete OK, but the WGS items (Share & Settings) still don't show up in the Outlook Tools menu. Help!

2. WinXP Pro (SP2): The installation completes without error and then prompts for a reboot. Even after the reboot the WGS Items (Share & Settings) don't show up in the Outlook Tools menu. Help!

Both machines are running Outlook 2002.

You probably have other uisers in your LAN that need to share.
So, on the server side, add other shared users folder available to you.
Once done that, wait the needed time for sync. and you should now have the shared folder on that client.
The same for the other clients.

Acting is so much more real than ^reality!
