When I click on one of my files, the Microsoft Digital Imaging Suite logo home page opens.  If I click on upgrade, I can buy it for $40 after rebate.  If I click on starter version, it tells me the file format isn't supported so it can't open my file.

I'm on the trial version of Home - doesn't trial version imply that it should work?  What's with the starter version not working?  I'm unsure where the problem is - if another FTP program will perform differently or if I'm going down the wrong path.
