I bought WS_FTP Home 2007 in January 2007.  I'm running windows XP pro with service pack2.  WS_FTP has been working for quite some time until now.  At the time that I'm trying to start it, I get a message dialog that says "Never" and button that says OK, I click it, and I get it again, I click it and the splash/welcome screen stays on the screen.  It does not go away.  I have to go to task manager and end the Process by selecting wsftpgui.exe

Please help.

I forgot to mention that I read that help.  The problem that I had is that I can't find psapi.dll in the WS_FTP Home directory, so I couldn't solve it that way.  Still I have a program that I can't use.

did you do a 'search' for the (psapi.dll) using the 'search option' in the 'start menu'.....cause, sometimes looking for it manually means you may have missed it....

FYI, I reformat my system, reinstall WS_FTP Home 2007 and started to work again. Not sure for how long, but it is working now.

System with WindowsXP Pro SP2, Internet Explorer 7, and all the microsoft updates and patches for it
