| I just upgrade to the lattes version on collaboration suites and everything seems to be ok, except that the users lost their contacts on their email, is anything I can do to recover those contacts again?
Thanks!! |

| Exactly what version did you upgrade from? And what version did you upgrade to?

| If you upgraded from ICS Premium 2006.1 it should still be there. It should have backed up your database during your upgrade. C:\......\Collaboration Suite\WorkgroupShare\Data It renames it to WorkgroupShare.old.mdb. Just rename.

| WorkgroupShare database contains contact information, no email. If the database is renamed, then "contacts" added after the upgrade will be lost, and will need to be re-entered. This will not affect email messages.

| | The steps provided by Dina will bring back contacts only. Emails are not stored in the database file. |
