How do I move the Workgroupshare datastore to another partition/folder without loosing any data?

The path for changing the Workgroupshare data path is in the System DSN, under the ODBC Data Source Administrator.
Be sure that the new folder containing your Workgroupshare DB has the correct permissions set.
