I'm having an issue and I have this sinario:

- workstation upgraded all patches

- workstation all patches

- Server all patches

I am working on my computer and using remote desktop to both the other workstation and server. I can see all computers on my computers desktop. When I schedule a one time meeting with my test user I have all times in the free/busy agree.

When I schedule a new reoccuring appt and accept with the test user for example for 1PM

-Test when checking my user id sees me as busy for 12PM and can see himself as busy at 1PM

-My user id can check the test user free/busy and see that he is busy at 12PM and free at 1PM but looks normal for myself.

All three computers are patched up to date including time zones. Time zone check box is checked within Outlook on both clients. OS has adjust for daylight savings time checked on all computers.

This issue is always happening and can be reproduced very easily.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I have called tech support four times now and have not fixed this issue. Today I was told that this issue would be looked into and hopefully I will get to the bottom of this.

Thanks

Eddie

Ipswitch has confirmed this to be a bug. Also stated that there is no resolution at this point, not sure what to do with the 60people that are using this software now other than uninstalling the application and using a different software for the calendar and free/busy times. Ipswitch stated that SoftTalk will be hopefully fixing this issue with the next release of the software, the next update.

Thanks;

Eddie
