I have always used WSFTP to upload my websites to my members.cox.net accounts, but I have not used it in a few months and now it will not connect. I have called cox and they say there are no issues with them. I downloaded the newest WSFTP and still the same can not connect to members.cox.net so does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

Bill Nix

have you gone into the Site Manager to check that the information for each of your sites is correct....this is the most comon issue with connection failures...just check the address of you host , your user ID and password....probably should double and triple check these....to be on the safe side....any error messages would also be helpful

kind regards, Paul C. Beugeling
