| What is the size of the tp02 file that you downloaded? It should be a bit over 10M. The problem with the old tp02 was the MS redistributables were not installed and the new build will install them. Please look at the date / size of the tp02 file so we can verify you have the correct file. If it is correct, can you uninstall and them reinstall?

| Tripp, The downloaded file was the right one, has more than 10MB. Uninstalling and reinstalling it did the trick, thanks. Some observations with the new TP02 version: This version is still not honoring the Encrypt variable set in the registry as per the instructions. As in TP01 shows 6 in "Services | Queue Mgr | Tries before sent to gateway" while in the Web Administrator is set to 0 Also if the screen resolution is set to 800 x 660 many options don't appear and there is no way to scroll up or down.
