| | I've been asked by a business partner to create a x509 v3 certificate for them to connect to our ftp server. We are running wsftp 5 on an NT 4 server. Can anyone help me confirm what needs to be done? One will wsftp support the certificate? two is it any different than creating any other certificate? Please help. Thanks |

| | Create an SSL certificate for them. As far as I know SSL is an x509v3 based encryption. |

| | Thanks. I thought so but I wasn't sure when they made the request. Especially after the fact that I had given them the specs for our server. |
