| I was happy to see that there was a patch for Vista and promptly purchased the latest version of WS_FTP Home to get the Vista update. But was disappointed after installing to find that I'm still getting *known compatibility issue* errors. The program does run after clicking *run anyway*. Why am I still getting errors? What do I need to do to correct this? |

| | I wish I knew that answer to this as well. I purchased the new "Vista" version and I am having the very same problem. |

| I upgraded to Vista, and received the same message that you did...then tried downloading WS_FTP....with no luck. I just get the message to contact Ipswitch. Hoping to hear from support tomorrow, since today is Easter. |

| Just want to verify that everyone is running the HOME version and not Pro. The latest version of Pro does not throw the incompatibility error shown in this KB: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WS-20070207-MS01.htm Please contact Technical Support per Mark Singh for 2007.0.0.2

| The Windows Vista WS_FTP version wsftp200702_Eng.exe is causing my Win Vista Ultimate 32 to blue-screen...ouch! I'm really lost without my WS FTP Pro. What can I do? Also, when I install the 2007 Pro that I had downloaded when I purchased it, it says: "The secure Loader used to protect this software has encountered a fatal error. Please contact your software vendor." Thanks, Greg |
