ICMP (ping) is blocked on our ISA 2000 (by intent),
anyone have a way to test if the firewall is up?

A Windows Service monitor might do the trick (since this is ISA). Or if the firewall answers on a particular port (does it have a web interface?) a TCPIP monitor can work, too. Or maybe a SNMP monitor...
