I'm sorry, this may be a no brainer....  I'm just not finding the answer anywhere.

How do I make a map like the example that has a nice national or state background.  I've got multiple locations in different physical locals and would like a top level summary map that would show if there are problems in a specific location.  I'd like it to look nice, so the physical map backgrounds would be really ideal.  If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

You can go to the "Map View" in the Device Group you wish to add the map to.

Then at the top there will be a toolbar with an "Image" option. Click this and add your image.

Then re-size it and move your stuff around to fit it properly on the graphic.

See the attached screen shot with the red arrow pointing to the icon.

Good luck!
