| Hi!
Currently, we have 2 IPSwitch Collaboration Suite running as our corporate mail server.
The first Suite was used by executives while the other is for common users. The executive users has 1000+ users while the common users has 4000+. Most of the executives use POP3 while the common users use webmail.
Most of the time the common users' server webmail service won't display the list of mailboxes. Instead dispaly some error message. When I've tried to check the applications running on Task Manager, it was w3wp.exe reaches up to 1GB of memory. When I've tried to stop the application, all users who got logged in to webmail will be prompt to re-login and the w3wp.exe will restart, then the error of not displaying mailboxes will be gone.
Though, killing the w3wp.exe application solve the issue of not displaying the mailboxes, it seems to be annoying if every now and then we have to stop the application.
What seems to be the problem? Is there any work around on how we can prevent this from re-occurring? Please advise.
Yours,
James Dulzura
