| We just upgraded to Outlook 2007. After the upgrade our workgroup collaboration for shared calendering no longer functions correctly. Specfically all users on a person's share list are now alerted to all meetings rather than just the ones they are invited to. Has anyone else upgraded to Outlook/Office 2007 and if so have you experienced problems with the synching/sharing of calendar information? |

| | I was having similar problems and uninstalled the client s/w. I placed a report with Ipswitch case # 97334. After uninstalling, I now have database errors every time I open Outlook, even after uninstalling. |

| | We have been having the same issue on our machines after upgrading. I spoke to someone at tech support here and they told me that the current version of the workgroup share with 2006.1 is not compatible at all with Outlook 2007. He told me that when 2006.2 comes out they will have that compatibility issue resolved. |

| I confirm! we have 2006.2 installed (upgrade from 2006.1) and the workgroupshare client is NOT compatible with Outlook 2007!
We have install the client on a new PC Vista + outlook 2007 and when the client synchronyse with the server you have a message of error and outlook crash !
good news ... 2006.2 :-(

| | I just posted a question regarding an issue about Workgroupshare in the Imail Forum. What I was told was users running Outlook 2007 would need to run version 2.1.4 of the WorkgroupShare application. Did you check the version of WGS you are running? I know the same application from Softtalk www.workgroupshare.com shows it works on their website with 2007. Not sure if the version bundled with IMail 2006.2 is the same. |

| | I just want to clarify that the WGS client that comes with 2006.2 is 2.1.4 and is compatible with Outlook 2007. It is a two step process... You must first upgrade the server, then you must install the new WGS Client on the machine running Outlook 2007. |

| | We are experiencing a similar problem. You can see the client synchronizing with the server but the calendars or share never show up. |

| | Hello Jason, I have read your post regarding WorkGroupShare and and the two-step process for Outlook 2007 compatibility. We have upgraded our Collaboration Suite Server version to 2006.2, and are trying to now upgrade the WGS clients. Would you please tell me where on the IPswitch site I can go to find the upgrade for the WorkGroupShare client? We are currently running version 2.0.1 I am having a very difficult time finding WGS upgrades anywhere in your download site. Thank you. |

| | The workgroupshare client upgrade came with your IMail upgrade and should be found: c:/Program Files/Ipswitch/.../IMail/WorkgroupShare/ClientSetup folder. I think also that there is a pdf file to assist for WGS client setup under the WorkgroupShare folder.
