I have the gif file in two test areas and it looks fine in both those areas.  When I try to transfer using WS_FTP Pro to the remote website, it indicates that it is doing it, but it is not happening because when I check the website, I am still getting the old picture.  I have managed to transfer all the other files that I was working on and most of them were gif files to my Images folder.  I have checked and double checked the spellings for the file names and they match in both the webpage and the file names.  When I go to do the transfer, it says that I am replacing an older file and for half a dozen of the times I tried, the time difference in the files was the same three hours.  A moment ago the time difference was less, but the file is still not getting replaced.  Why would this be happening all of a sudden and how do I resolve this?   The website is at www.citycoredevelopments.com and the page is under Future Projects--Click Here for Springdale Professional Building-Third Floor Plans.  I have attached the file that I am trying to transfer.  All other transfers are functioning.
