We have been using Instant Messenger at our company for a couple years now and really like the fact that we can view recent conversations. The only thing that has been a pain is when someone accidentally sends an IM to everyone in the company and people either respond back or they end conversation, which of course, pops the IM screen open, even if it is closed. Is there any chance Ipswitch will change this option so when people respond that they have the option to respond either to the group or to just the sender? This has been a real pain in the company.

Oh, and new emotions would be a bonus!
