CHMOD capabilities have been integrated into the "Properties" dialog for remote files/folders.  Select the file(s) you would like to modify and select Properties from the right click menu.  At the bottom of the properties dialog, you will notice checkboxes and an edit field to manually enter the CHMOD value.
