When I log in to the Imail Server, I get the following error message at the top of all my pages:

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0241'

CreateObject Exception

/IAdmin/IMail/index.asp

The CreateObject of '(null)' caused exception E06D7363.

I can still navigate and run everything, but I need to make this go away. I know it must be some little configuration issue with IIS, but I'm no expert on IIS and need to know where to look. Is it folder permissions? That's sort of what it seems like to me...

I am having the same problems.

Also, I can't save any changes to users or setting. The save button will show up for a couple of seconds and then vanishes.

I've got the same problem and it doesn't seem that anyone is interested in providing support?

I'm getting the same error. It looks like this happens when the page can't create the 'SAVE' button at the bottom of the page...

Did you actually contact IPSwitch? My experience with them is that they are VERY willing to provide support when you call them!

Regards,

Nika.
