We have recently enabled Instant Massaging running on our mail server - a VM Ware image windows 2000 server.  We have noticed from time to time some contacts are able to send massages, but not receive them back.  Our mail server is at our Data centre and for the time being we have the IM client running locally on our PCs - with a long term goal of installing the application on Citrix.  Does anyone have any idea as to why conversations are sometimes missed?  I have enabled force clients to use persistent network connection in the hopes this would perhaps help.
