Sadly, after having tried to get some asiatance in this forum I have to admit that I COULD NOT.

I followed the advise of some of the forum visitors to switch to CUTE FTP as at least I can get some help and be looked after there... I am not worried abot  the money spent on the WS_FTP Pro. Stuff it if there is no interest from the company to the customers...

It seems to me that you guys don't understand what a forum is or how it works. A forum is open discussion between users of that forum (not the product manufacturer).  If you need support go to the Knowledge Base or contact support services at IPswitch.

This forum does not have alot of users. This is why your question did not get a response quickly. It is forum users like myself who try to answer your questions and provide assistance. This is in the same manner as a newsgroup.

Don't be discouraged with forums, just understand what they are.
