I have an IMail server (8.01). The users can send email out of the server and the server is accepting email from external sources. The problem is, the mail never ends up in the individual mailboxes. On this machine, the updates fail to install (files not found, etc). How do I need to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it? Jody

Jody - Is the queue manager running? That is responsible for local delivery of mail from the email queue into the individual mailboxes. What errors are you getting when you try to install updates? Sounds like you may have something corrupt in the registry that tells the service pack where various Imail components are located. Ryan

The Queue Manager is running. When the service is Stopped, the machine has to be restarted before the service will restart. When the updates are attempted to be installed, I get error messages about files not found. Usually, if the updates are installed in order, there isn't a problem. For some reason, this isn't the case on this machine.
