| We are using IMail authentication and users are connecting fine, but now one of the users needs their name changed and I can't seem to make it happen. I've changed their name in the IMail manager app, which appears to be the only place it CAN be changed, and that doesn't seem to do it.
I've restarted the IM server with no joy, and the server has been rebooted with no affect. Without reinstalling the software, how do I change a single users name when using IMail for authentication?
