running WS server over a 20ms delay 1Gb line gives woeful performance.

On a low latency line,  get & put achieves 12MB/sec - less than IIS at 15MB/sec but acceptable.

With 20ms latency & accepted windows tuning (TCP window size etc) pro only delivers 800K/sec on gets & 3.5MB/sec on puts. ISS can sustain 5.5MB/sec on both.

The WS gets rate of 800K is unaffected by tuning - makes me suspect that WS server is overiding the tuning values. Any ideas or suggestions out there??

No response from IPSWITCH yet on the bug I've raised.
