I have an iMail server using version 8.000. One of my domains has reported that they cannot send email within the domain. They can receive email from outside the domain and they can forward email within the domain.

Their computers are using Windows XP Pro (SP1) and Windows 2000(SP4) and all use Outlook Express for their email.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Dick

You must post relevant log snippets if you expect more than guesswork.

Not being an iMail guru (or even close), where would I find the relevant logs? Assuming that they are in the default location on the server, of course.

on edit: I just spoke with my client and have determined that the problem is not with our iMail server.

Thanks anyway.

The logs would be in the spool directory by default.  You'll find that knowing to go to your logs first is essential to supporting your mailserver.
