Will this forum be monitored by WUG technical support and if so should it be used instead of Ipswitch's technical supoort channel?
Like the old mailing list, this forum is intended to be used by everyone, including Ipswitch employees and WhatsUp product users to share usage information. It is not intended to be a formal technical support vehicle, but that does not mean that information from the support organization will not occasionally be posted. The primary vehicle for technical support remains the standard direct e-mail and telephone channels.
The forum is a better mechanism for keeping track of information and for sharing assets like web pages, scripts etc.
