I just downloaded and installed this tool yesterday and have had nothing but problems with it since...

I am trying to download my website to create a backup and this POS cant handle it. It constantly fails during download, it also will never move any of the downloaded files to the designated location after download. I get a constant "file in use" error when I try to move the files manually.

Essentially this POS ftp software can not download any of my files with any type of confidence...

Do you have any of the logs?  What are the errors that you are getting when downloading?  Are you using the main GUI or one of the utilities (synchronize, script)?

"I get a constant "file in use" error when I try to move the files manually."  At what point are you able to move the files manually, if ever?
