When I installed WS_FTP Home, the program created a new "All USERS" directory under Documents and Settings on Windows 2000 Pro. It did not use the existing ALL USERS directory. This machine is only used by one user - me. Why is this duplicate ALL USERS directory created and how can I persuade WS_FTP to use the ALL USERS directory created by Windows?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Kudzuken,

That is a defect. I will ensure that it gets reported.

Thanks,

Joe
