How do I download from Tandem to my desktop? I have been able to successfully navigate directories, upload, delete, and rename using WS_FTP with Tandem. However, I have been unable to download or view any files. I keep getting the message “Failed to open file”. The strange thing is, I _can_ edit files. But then I have to save each of the opened files individually and the whole point of me getting the program was to be able to do multiple file transfers. I have already changed to host type to both Tandem and Tandem G. Both selections give me the same result. I am using WindowsXP SP2.

Does anybody have an idea about what is going on here?
