I have a problem using WS_FTP Professional 9.1
When I try to connect to my SFTP site, I always retrive the error regarding UserID and Password.
I'm sure that the parameters I've inserted are corrects.
I'm able to connect successfully to my SFTP site using another software as SFTP client.

I've note the follow thing:

On other software I'm able to set Passive mode for SFTP connection, if in other software I don't set this parameter, the connection fails.
In WS_FTP I can't set that value, becouse the checkbox for set passive mode is disable.

Any suggestion?
