When I first installed WSFTP and I would go to a website and download a file a box would come up and ask if I want to use WSFTP.  It does not do that any longer.  How do I fix this.  Also if using WSFTP to download, if the download fails will WSFTP act as a download manager and contiue with the download without starting over?
