| Hello,
I was the proud owner of WS_FTP 2006 with a service contract until I had to re-install Windows due to a spyware issue. I re-installed and have EVERYTHING running EXCEPT WS_FTP 2006 since "customer service" has not responded to my request for re-activating my legally owned copy of WS_FTP 2006 (submitted Mon ~1pm). I think I'll downgrade to my 8 version, since activation isn't an issue. If IP Switch wants me to upgrade, no activation.
Let me make this crystal clear....
Upgrade = No Activation Headaches. Simple as that.
My $.02... my great service contract purchase 2005/08/17. Customer service tracking #T2005112802F3. If I don't hear back, I'll call in. Microsoft is a lot easier to deal with....
