For some reason remote users who use outlook and use their home ISP to send outgoing messages, have a problem with many of their addresses that are set to user@mail.xx.com rather then just user@xx.com

Is there a way within the collaboration suite, to change the domain portion of all outcoming email so that the from sectionis always xx.com rather then anything else?

1. In IA of ICS, add xx.com to Host Aliases field.

2. In Outlook, modify account details and set the email address to user@xx.com
