I need to be able to add a custom footer to each email sent out from one of our email addresses.  I need to be able to do this on a per user basis.  I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

There are 2 ways to do it:

1. On the client's side using a simple signature.

2. On the server server's side using third party tool.

Third party tools may helps you, but this task is resource consuming and may eat your cpu if you have large amount of users, since you need to maintaing a sender->footer database access, search and data replacement. Although, sometimes the end justifies the means.
