When i establish all accounts, they are virtual accounts, and are defined by their domain name (i.e. mydomain.com's FTP admin user is admin@mydomain.com).This method has worked fine since day one. Today i get a mail from admin@ihave36lettersinmydomainname saying that when he logs in he gets a blank directory and cannot move up or down, or create new directories.

I have seen this issue when it comes to a vitrual domain accessing the FTP site via the IP not the url... but his domain name is live and pointing properly. I try this and that and something else and get no where. For the hell of it a create another virtual host and just use three initals for the domain (123.com), log in and it works fine.

Is there a known limit to the lenght of allowed names for virtual domain account?
