cmd line ftp

Running wstfp server 6. Connection to ftp site is fine with IE6, IE7, windows explorer and ftp clients.

when using cmd line i can authenticate, get logged in but when trying to run dir command i am getting a 426 Transfer Failed error.

This started happening out of the blue.

Any ideas?
