The last message on the log is "PASV" and then I get an hourglass which never goes away. It appears that the program goes into a loop and I have to terminate the WS-FTP task to exit.

This has happened to me twice - and both times it was after I had used the file transfer feature of PCAnywhere to assist a client of mine. The first time the problem with WS-FTP resolved itself in a few days and I never figured out what happened. This time, the problem is still with me and I don't know how to resolve it.

Can you give me an idea of what sort of settings, etc. might have been messed up by my use of PCAnywhere that would cause this WS-FTP problem (& how to restore them to the proper settings)?

Thank you VERY much!
