What you want to do is open the application, click the Options button at the top, and then change the auto reconnect options on the first page to "Open Blank Workspace". Once you have done this and clicked OK then close the application and relaunch it. When everything comes back up you will see blank workspaces on both sides of the application, and on the left you will see a link to open a local connection. Click that link to open the MyComputer tab again.

RE: Can't Connect to My Computer

Have you tried...

Options > General > Auto reconnect > Open last Local and Remote Folders > OK

If you need to do a reinstall and want to back-up/save your "site" information then look at this article from the "Knowledge Base"...

WS_FTP - How to move my Sites to a new machine or how to make a backup of my Site ...

Paul C. I have five different remote locations that I'd have to set up, so I'm hoping that there is some way to not have to reinstall.

Thanks!
RE: Can't Connect to My Computer

did you try .... Somehow, WS_FTP dropped the connection to my local folders, and has replaced it with a link that only allows me to connect to my remote website (which I can already do).
