The recipient said the file was double encrypted and unusable. I have looked through the software to see if there is a setting that would encrypt the file as it sends it to the FTP site. If it were already encrypted, then it would possibly be encrypted twice. If that is the case, since I can't find where the setting is, I can't find where to change it back.
