1. Where whould I download the WS_FTP Home 2006 version? The one I have installed Is what I downloaded after ordering it. I belive it sent me to the link right after the order. I do have a WH-E###### number and the number you removed from my post. Maybe you can post link to the page where I could download it.

You should have WS_FTP Home 2006 if you ordered in December, not 9.02.

Try going to the Downloads > Replacement software and enter your serial number and your e-mail address. Download the correct software version, then try reinstalling.

Also, you should have gotten a serial number AND an license key. Make sure you're entering the right one.

I ordered the home FTP form Ipswitch in December they had a sale for $15.00 with no support. I got a serial number license what ever THAT DOSE NOT WORK. I sent many messages no response. I filled out the on line form at least 4 times!! We were using the program for a web page and game server. Only using it on the week ends, so when we tried to call I found out you are closed on the week ends.

This is the number but it don’t work
